Defined STEM Workshop

A New Approach to STEM Education - By educators for educators Problem-based learning and authentic connections between STEM subjects and workplace application.

Statewide, the intermediate units are introducing Defined STEM as a resource to their component districts. The AIU is offering day-long workshops which go beyond a guided tour. This is an opportunity for a teacher leader to go in-depth with the resource, and in turn share it with the rest of the faculty. This is intended to be a “training of trainers.” Defined STEM has gathered video, performance tasks, literacy tasks and rubrics to provide a complete package for an instructor to make use of quickly and effectively.
